1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services operated by DreamPetal Studios ("DreamPetal," "we," "our," or "us"), including websites, forums, games, applications, voice communication services, and related products or services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating a DreamPetal Account, accessing, or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Your use of the Services is also governed by the DreamPetal Studios Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to create a DreamPetal Account or use the Services.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least sixteen (16) years of age.

If DreamPetal Studios becomes aware that a user is under sixteen (16) years old, the account may be suspended or permanently terminated and associated data may be removed.

3. DreamPetal Accounts

Certain Services require a DreamPetal Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your information reasonably up to date.

You may not:

- Share accounts
- Sell, transfer, or give away accounts
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use accounts for unlawful or abusive purposes
- Circumvent suspensions or bans by creating additional accounts

DreamPetal Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

DreamPetal Studios reserves the right to reclaim, modify, rename, or remove usernames that are misleading, impersonate others, violate these Terms, or are reserved for operational purposes.

Users may request account deletion at any time, subject to legal, security, operational, or recordkeeping requirements.

4. Code of Conduct

All users must comply with the DreamPetal Studios Code of Conduct.

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.

DreamPetal Studios reserves the right to investigate behavior that may negatively impact the Services or community.

5. User Content

Users may submit content through the Services, including forum posts, comments, messages, usernames, profile information, voice communications, images, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant DreamPetal Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate and provide the Services.

You represent that:

- You own or have permission to submit the content
- Your content does not violate the rights of others
- Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

DreamPetal Studios reserves the right to remove, restrict, edit, or moderate User Content at its discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All DreamPetal Studios content, including software, artwork, graphics, logos, designs, stories, music, characters, trademarks, and other materials provided through the Services, remains the property of DreamPetal Studios or its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit DreamPetal Studios content without written permission.

7. Virtual Goods and Digital Content

The Services may include virtual goods, characters, currencies, cosmetics, achievements, rewards, or other digital content.

Virtual goods, characters, currencies, cosmetics, achievements, rewards, and other digital content remain part of the Services and are licensed to users, not sold.

DreamPetal Studios may modify, remove, rebalance, reset, discontinue, or replace digital content at any time.

8. Fair Play and Service Integrity

Users may not:

- Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, automation tools, macros, or unauthorized third-party software
- Exploit bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or unintended game behavior
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or Services
- Interfere with the operation, security, or stability of the Services

Users are expected to report significant bugs or exploits rather than abuse them.

DreamPetal Studios reserves the right to take action against accounts that engage in unfair, disruptive, or exploitative behavior.

9. Service Availability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

DreamPetal Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, security, or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any Service at any time.

10. Suspension and Termination

- Violations of the Code of Conduct
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the Services
- Security concerns
- Protection of the community or platform

Termination may result in loss of access to accounts, characters, content, virtual goods, and related data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability
