1. Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the materials published on this website are owned by Mikulas Entertainment LLC or their respective creators.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Apps and software
• Music and audio files
• Lyrics
• Artwork and images
• Writing and stories
• Logos and icons
• Project names
• Characters, worlds, lore, and designs
• Screenshots and promotional materials
• Website text, layout, and visual materials

Free downloads remain copyrighted and are not public domain.

Making something available for free does not transfer copyright, ownership, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights.

2. Apps and Software

Unless a specific app or software release says otherwise, apps and software published by Mikulas Entertainment LLC are proprietary freeware.

This means they are free to use, but they are not open source.

You may:

• Download and use the app or software for free
• Use the app or software for personal, creative, educational, nonprofit, or internal business purposes
• Use content you create with the app for lawful personal or commercial projects

You may not:

• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or software itself
• Redistribute, reupload, mirror, package, or share the app, installer, app bundle, binaries, or updates outside official Mikulas Entertainment LLC release locations
• Modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative versions of the app or software except where allowed by applicable law
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, license, or legal notices
• Claim that the app or software is your own

You keep ownership of content you create using our apps.

Mikulas Entertainment LLC does not claim ownership of your notes, documents, writing, files, artwork, recordings, or other user-created content.

3. Mikulas Entertainment Free Artwork License

Unless a specific artwork page says otherwise, artwork made available by Mikulas Entertainment LLC may be used for personal, educational, nonprofit, and commercial projects at no cost under the Mikulas Entertainment Free Artwork License.

You may:

• Download the artwork
• Share links to the official artwork page
• Use the artwork in personal, educational, nonprofit, or commercial projects
• Use the artwork in websites, videos, streams, presentations, apps, games, articles, social media posts, printed materials, and other creative works
• Resize, crop, format, or adapt the artwork as needed for your project
• Use the artwork in monetized projects, as long as the artwork itself is not the primary item being sold

You must:

• Give reasonable credit to Mikulas Entertainment LLC or the named creator when practical
• Avoid implying that Mikulas Entertainment LLC endorses, sponsors, approves, or is affiliated with your project unless we have given written permission
• Follow any additional notes listed on the specific artwork page

You may not:

• Claim that you created the original artwork
• Sell, license, sublicense, upload, or redistribute the artwork as a standalone file, stock image, clip art, texture pack, asset pack, dataset, or competing download collection
• Sell products where the artwork itself is the main value, such as posters, prints, stickers, shirts, mugs, wallpapers, or merchandise, unless we give written permission
• Use the artwork as a logo, trademark, service mark, app icon, business identity, product identity, or official branding without written permission
• Use the artwork in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, ownership, or affiliation
• Use the artwork for AI training, machine learning datasets, model training, dataset generation, or similar automated training purposes
• Mint, tokenize, sell, or use the artwork as an NFT or blockchain asset
• Use the artwork in illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, pornographic, or malicious content

Mikulas Entertainment LLC retains copyright and all rights not expressly granted by this license.

4. Mikulas Entertainment Free Music License

Unless a specific music page says otherwise, music made available by Mikulas Entertainment LLC may be used for personal, educational, nonprofit, and commercial projects at no cost under the Mikulas Entertainment Free Music License.

Some songs may include original lyrics written by Mikulas Entertainment LLC or the named creator, with AI-assisted vocals, melodies, arrangements, or production created using third-party tools such as Suno.

You may:

• Listen to the music
• Download the music
• Share links to the official music page
• Use the music in personal, educational, nonprofit, or commercial projects
• Use the music in videos, streams, podcasts, games, apps, presentations, social media posts, live events, and other creative works
• Edit, trim, loop, fade, or format the music as needed for your project
• Use the music in monetized projects, as long as the music itself is not the primary item being sold

You must:

• Give reasonable credit to Mikulas Entertainment LLC or the named creator when practical
• Avoid implying that Mikulas Entertainment LLC endorses, sponsors, approves, or is affiliated with your project unless we have given written permission
• Follow any additional notes listed on the specific music page

You may not:

• Claim that you created the original music, lyrics, vocals, melody, arrangement, or audio
• Sell, license, sublicense, upload, or redistribute the music as a standalone file, stock music track, music library item, sample pack, loop pack, dataset, or competing download collection
• Upload the music to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, stock music libraries, Content ID systems, rights-management systems, or similar services as your own release
• Register the music with a performance rights organization, publisher, distributor, label, royalty collection service, or Content ID system
• Use the music as the primary value of a product being sold, such as paid albums, music packs, loop packs, sample packs, soundtrack collections, or standalone downloads, unless we give written permission
• Use the music for AI training, machine learning datasets, model training, voice cloning, dataset generation, or similar automated training purposes
• Use the music in illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, pornographic, or malicious content

Mikulas Entertainment LLC retains copyright and all rights it owns or controls in the music, lyrics, recordings, audio files, and related materials.

AI-assisted audio may also be subject to the terms, rights, and restrictions of the third-party tools used to create it.

5. Writing, Stories, Lore, Characters, and Worlds

Writing, stories, lore, worldbuilding, character names, setting names, project names, and related creative materials are copyrighted unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• Read and enjoy publicly available writing and project materials
• Link to official pages
• Discuss, review, or reference our projects in personal, educational, journalistic, or noncommercial commentary

You may not:

• Copy, republish, sell, or redistribute full stories, lore pages, worldbuilding documents, or writing collections without permission
• Claim our writing, characters, worlds, lore, or project materials as your own
• Use our characters, worlds, lore, or story materials in your own commercial projects without written permission
• Use our writing or lore for AI training, machine learning datasets, model training, dataset generation, or similar automated training purposes

6. Logos, Names, and Branding

Mikulas Entertainment™, Merthyra, logos, icons, app icons, project names, world names, character names, and related branding are owned by Mikulas Entertainment LLC or their respective creators unless otherwise stated.

You may not use our names, logos, icons, branding, project identities, or related materials in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, ownership, or affiliation without written permission.

You may not use our logos, icons, or project branding as your own logo, app icon, business identity, product identity, trademark, or service mark without written permission.

7. Attribution

When credit is required or practical, please use one of the following formats:

For music or artwork pages with a named creator, please credit the named creator if listed.

If a project format makes credit difficult, use reasonable credit where practical, such as in a description, credits page, readme file, about page, video description, or project documentation.

8. Permission Requests

Silence, lack of response, or availability as a free download does not mean permission is granted.

9. Copyright Complaints

If you believe something on this website or in a Mikulas Entertainment LLC project infringes your copyright, contact:
